How long does shipping take?
We have no control over the time it takes from the UPS, USPS, Fedex, etc. But, based on past experiences, you can typically expect the following turn around times: West Coast - 3 to 6 business days Middle US - 5 to 7 business days East Coast - 5 to 10 business days Business day = Mon, Tue, Wed, Thur, & Fri Items are typically shipped within 1-2 business days. (*1-2 Business Days Estimated Processing Time) + (Shipping Estimated Shipping Time) = Total Delivery Time. During November and December, shipping companies may be overwhelmed and shipping may be delayed. Please consider upgrading to Expedited Shipping.

Do you ship outside the US?
We ONLY ship within the US (50 States) at this time. Please contact us if you need the cost of shipping BEFORE bidding or Buying one of our products. We do not ship to APOs, FPOs, Guam, Puerto Rico or any other US Territories.

Are there refunds?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it. Contact us first via email at sales@esuperbooks.com within 14 days of receiving the product for a full refund. After contacting us we will send you via e-mail a Return Merchandise Authorization# (RMA). RMA's must be received back within two weeks after the RMA is issued. Merchandise received late will simply be returned to you. We cannot refund your original shipping charges, unless there was an error caused by eSuperBook (incorrect title, edition, defective item, etc.) not USPS (Shipping time, buyer remorse, etc). No refund is issued if shrink wrap has been removed from the item. No exceptions. As soon as we receive the returned merchandise, we will issue a refund and it will be credited to your credit card by eCrater. Allow 2-3 business days for your transaction to be refunded. Please remember that communication is crucial in all transactions between buyers and sellers! An item is damaged or missing. What do I do?
We HIGHLY suggest you purchase insurance. If you purchase insurance, we will help in filing your claim to get a full refund or replacement. IF YOU DO NOT PURCHASE INSURANCE AND THERE IS DAMAGE TO THE PRODUCT OR THE SHIPPING COMPANY LOSES THE PRODUCT, WE CAN NOT HELP YOU. When the product leaves our hands, the product is brand new or in the condition stated in the auction. We TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY with what the shipping company does with it which is why insurance is highly recommended.

Do you offer a warranty?
All of our Electronic products contain a manufacturer's warranty card inside the product and it is your responsibility to contact the manufacturer if you are having problems.

Where's my tracking number?
USPS and Fedex automatically sends out the tracking number from their system. If you haven't received a tracking number within 3 days, feel free to email us.

The USPS site says you didn't drop off the package? What's going on?
With the USPS, they do not have tracking numbers unless it is an sent 1 day express. They have what you call a "delivery confirmation." This means the message will not change until you get your package in your hand. Please do not mistake this for a tracking number. It just basically states that we printed out a label and sent it off, then the status changes ONLY when it is delivered.

Can you cancel my purchase?
Please do not buy something if you cannot afford to pay or that you may not want the item. We will not cancel orders, you are OBLIGATED to pay according to the terms of eCrater rules and regulations.

All inquiries are answered in a timely manner, usually within 1 business day. We have created our FAQs page to answer most questions, but if your question cannot be answered within the FAQs please contact us through eCrater or sales@esuperbooks.com

What type of payments do you take?
We only accept Paypal & Google Checkout through eCrater as a secured method of payment which accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and many others as forms of payment. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, or Cashiers Checks. We will only ship to a confirmed address if you have a unconfirmed address you will need to purchase insurance on the item you are buying.
